Refund Policy for 1:1 Services:

At wildearthco.co.uk, I take great care in delivering personalised website, copy, and content marketing solutions to help your venue show up, stand out, win hearts, and secure more bookings.

My 1:1 services are designed with your specific goals in mind, and I’m dedicated to providing top-quality, strategic support. However, please take a moment to review my refund and payment policy for these tailored services.

Payment Terms for 1:1 Services

For 1:1 services such as website design, copywriting, power hours, custom content creation, and digital design solutions ↠ payments are typically required as follows:

↠ Full Payment: In some cases, payment for services must be made in full before any work commences. This will be clearly outlined in your quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
↠ 50% Deposit: For most services, I require a 50% deposit before beginning any work. Once the work is completed and signed off by you, the remaining balance must be paid before final delivery and handover of all materials.

Payment terms and conditions will always be detailed in the quotation, invoice, or agreement specific to your project. By agreeing to these terms and proceeding with the service, you acknowledge and accept the payment structure.

No Refunds on 1:1 Services

Due to the custom nature of 1:1 services and the time invested in each project, I cannot offer refunds once work has commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to, deposits paid for services such as:

↠ Website reviews
↠ Copywriting
↠ 1:1 strategy sessions
↠ Power hours or consultations
↠ Custom digital design or content creation

Each service is uniquely tailored to meet your specific needs, and as such, all payments (whether deposits or full payments) are non-refundable once work begins.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes schedules change. If you need to reschedule a consultation or delay the start of a project, please contact me at hello@wildearthco.co.uk as soon as possible.

I’ll do my best to accommodate any changes, but please note that cancellations may still incur a fee depending on how far the project has progressed

Final Handover of Work

Please note that no final work, including website installations, completed copy or digital files, will be handed over until all outstanding balances have been paid in full. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and ensure you have plenty of time to review the work before the final payment is due.
